INTRODUCTION

Who are we?

Ten Commandments consists of a team of martial arts teachers who have proven themselves at national and international levels, Together they have decades of experience in Judo, Thaibox, Free Fight and Boxing. Alongside their own personal training at a high level, they have also gathered a vast amount of training experience at club level which they're more than willing to share with their members, young and old.
After a much needed break the head trainer just couldn't stay away from the tatami and has started "Ten Commandments Mixed Martial Arts" in 2013.

  • Cardio/Strength : fitness equipment
  • Bar : sport drinks, unlimited supply of water, coffee and tea (mandatory!)
  • Toilet and showers
