THURSDAY: FROM 19:30 TILL 21:00 ~ BJJ / NO GI
FRIDAY: FROM 19:30 TILL 21:00 ~ THAI / MIX / MMA
SATURDAY: FREE TRAINING FROM 15:00 TILL 18:00
FEES/INSURANCE
There is a one time only registration fee of 20€ upon joining Ten Commandments.
A monthly fee of €30. Should you not be able to come a month, or longer, you are not required to pay. You train, you pay, simple as that.
When you join you are required to fill in a form so we can get you insured. It will ask for a trip to your local doctor to sign you off as crazy enough to train with us. Attach a single photograph and add €30 and you will be insured for a whole year with BKBMO, Belgische Kick Box Muaythai & MMA Organisation.
